The Compliance and Consumer Affairs Division at ICASA referred, in terms of section 17B (a)(1) of the ICASA Act 2000, the alleged contravention of regulation 9(1)(b) of the Regulations Regarding Standard Terms and Conditions for Individual Licences 2010 as amended in 2014 to the Complaints and Compliance Committee (“CCC”) at ICASA for a decision on the merits of an alleged contravention by Mobile Telephone Networks (Pty) Ltd (“MTN”).
