Complaints And Compliance Committee 21 Days Notice

THE INDEPENDENT COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY OF SOUTH AFRICA (“ICASA”) IS CONSIDERING THE CANCELLATION OF THE LICENCES OF THE LICENCEE SET OUT HEREUNDER. THIS CANCELLATION WOULD BE BASED ON THE APPARENT INACTIVITY OF THE LICENCEES MENTIONED HEREUNDER.

 The Licensees mentioned hereunder or any interested party [SETTING OUT ITS FULL NAME AND ADDRESS] is granted until 20 March 2017 at 16:00 to inform the Coordinator of the Complaints and Compliance Committee at ICASA that a licensee mentioned hereunder is in fact active as a licensee, at the following e-mail address: lmabulu@icasa.org.za

In 2009 Bultimex T/A INetsure (“Bultimex”) was granted a Class Electronic Communications Service Licence by ICASA.  Despite notices to Bultimex, no reaction and no obligatory reports were received by ICASA. In 2009 Interactive Trading 391 (Pty) Ltd (“Interactive Trading”) was granted an Individual Electronic Communications Service Licence and Individual Electronic Communications Network Licence by ICASA. Despite notices to Interactive Trading, no reaction and no obligatory reports were received by ICASA.
