Moloi V Qwaqwa Radio 3964 2019

This is a complaint lodged by Mr Veli Moloi against Qwaqwa Community Radio Station. The Complainant avers, in essence, that he had been defamed by the Respondent Radio Station on 18 October 2019 between 12:00 and 13:00, 21 October 2019 between 12 and 13:00 and 23 October between 12:00 and 13:00.
