Primedia (Pty) Ltd, (“Primedia”), a licensee in respect of four commercial sound broadcasting services, namely:- 702, Cape Talk, KFM and 94.7 FM. It lodged a complaint against the Respondent regarding its alleged failure to comply with its licence conditions, alternatively failure to comply with the 2016 SA Music Content Regulations, (“the Regulations”).
