The Complaints and Compliance Affairs Division of ICASA, in the execution of their monitoring functions during the 2019 National Election referred six matters to the CCC. The SABC conceded that, in the radio stations mentioned (SAFM, RADIO 2000, LIGWALAGWALA FM AND TRU FM), contraventions had taken place.
