Amendment To The Call Termination Regulations Of 2014

ICASA hereby publishes the amendment to the Call Termination Regulations, 2014 in terms of section 4(3)(j) of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa Act, 2000 (Act No. 13 of 2000) read with sections 4(1) and 67(8) of the Electronic Communications, 2005 (Act No. 36 of 2005), to the extent reflected in the Schedule.

The Call Termination Amendment regulations are effective from 01 July 2025.
