Process and procedures for registration, amendment, transfer, surrender and renewal of a licence as contemplated in section 5(7)(a)(i) read with sections 16(1) and 17(1) of the Act;

regulations 2, 3, 5 and 6 of the Community Sound Broadcasting Services         
Fees Regulations;
regulations 6.1, 6.3, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, 6.9 and 6.10 of the Low Power Sound Broadcasting Regulations;
regulations 3, 5 and 6 of the Public Regional Television Broadcasting       
Licence Fees Regulations;
