ICASA established a Consumer Advisory Panel (CAP) to advise it on all consumer-related issues within broadcasting, telecommunications and postal services. The panel is tasked with, among others, reaching out to consumers, so as to understand their concerns, recommend what consumer protection research to be undertaken, and promote consumer interests.
