Regulations On Code Of Conduct For Premium Rated Services Gazette 40402

The Regulations on the code of conduct for premium rated services have been developed for premium rated services offered by electronic communication service and electronic communication network service licensees along with their respective service providers that make use of electronic communication networks licensed by ICASA.  

The goal of these Regulations is to protect the interest of the public and in particular consumers of premium rated services provided within the Republic of South Africa.
