Draft End User And Subscriber Service Charter Amendment Regulations 2022

The Authority hereby declares its intention to amend the End-user and Subscriber Service Charter Regulations, 2016, published in Government Gazette No. 39898 (Notice No 189) on 1 April 2016, as amended, to the extent reflected in the Schedule, and therefore invites interested persons to make written representations on the Draft End-user Subscriber Service Charter Regulations (“Draft Regulations”).
