Electronic Communications Facilities Leasing Regulations 33252

The purpose of these regulations is to facilitate the conclusion of electronic communications facilities leasing agreements by stipulating the agreement principles,time-frames and procedures to be followed by parties, and the procedures for submission, review and filing of agreements

Repealed Regulations
The Facilities leasing guidelines published in Notice 1260 of 2000, GG 20993, and the amendments;
Supplementary Facilities Leasing Guidelines published in Notice 1215 of 2002, Government Gazette 23613; and
Facilities leasing guidelines and supplements published in Notice 1301 of 2004, Government Gazette 26539.
