The Authority intends to conduct an inquiry into signal distribution services in terms of section 4B of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa Act, 2000 (Act No. 13 of 2000) (“the ICASA Act”), read with section 67(4) of the Electronic Communications Act, 2005 (Act No. 36 of 2005) (“the ECA”).
