ITA for the WOAN

The Authority hereby, in terms of section 9 (2) of the Electronic Communications Act, 2005 (Act No. 36 of 2005), as amended (“ECA”) and regulation 7 of the Radio Frequency Spectrum Regulations of 2015, publishes a composite Invitation to Apply (“ITA”) for an individual electronic communications network services (I-ECNS) and Radio Frequency Spectrum Licences for the purpose of operating a Wireless Open Access Network (WOAN).
