Licensing Processes And Procedures For Individual Licences 2010

Individual Licensing Processes and Procedures Regulations 2010 (as amended) for Applications, Amendments, Renewals, Surrender and Transfer of Individual Licenses and Matters pertaining thereto; and Applications for Special Temporary Authorisations.
The purpose of these regulations is to regulate and prescribe:
(a) the process and procedures for amending, transferring, surrendering and renewing Individual Licences;
(b) the documentation to be submitted with an application

Private Television Broadcasting Service Licence Fees Regulations, 1997 Independent Broadcasting Authority Administrative Procedures Regulations, 1997 Public Regional Television Broadcasting Licence Fees Regulations, 2003 and
regulations 4(1), 4(2) and 4(3) of the Subscription Broadcasting Services Regulations, 2006
