Must Carry Regulations And Reasons Document

The Authority hereby amends the ICASA Must Carry Regulations, 2008 (published in Government Gazette No. 31500 on 10 October 2008, in terms of section 4 of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa Act, 2000 (Act No. 13 of 2000), as amended, read with sections 60(3) of the Electronic Communications Act, 2005 (Act No. 36 of 2005), as amended, to the extent reflected in the Schedule.
