Inquiry On The Review Of The Regulations On The Conveyance Of Mail 2009

ICASA hereby gives notice of its intention to conduct an inquiry on the Review of the Regulations on the Conveyance of Mail, 2009.

The purpose of this Inquiry is to evaluate the effectiveness of the current Regulations in dealing with the evolving consumer needs in changing market environment and then determine whether to amend or replace the Regulations.
