Prescribed Annual Contributions of Licensees to the Universal Service and Access Fund 2011

The purpose of these regulations is to:

1. prescribe the annual contributions to be paid to USAF by Licensees; and
2. specify the date when such contribution to USAF become payable and the manner in which they must be paid.
