Responses to Stakeholder Enquiries in respect of the IMT and WOAN ITA

1. The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (the Authority) published the Invitation to Apply (ITA) on 02 October 20201 on the licensing process for International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT) in respect of the provision of wireless mobile broadband access services for urban and rural areas using the complimentary bands, IMT700, IMT800, IMT2600 and IMT3500.

2. The Authority hereby publishes the notice responding to the clarity seeking questions raised by stakeholders only insofar as they relate to the contents of the ITA.
