Sport Broadcasting Services Regulations 33079

Purpose: to regulate the broadcasting of national sporting events in the Republic; determine the criteria to be used in listing of national sporting events; and provide for dispute resolution mechanism.

Repealed Regulations
Sport Broadcasting Services Regulations, 2003 promulgated in terms of the Broadcasting Act No. 4 of 1999.
