The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) has published its Rules for Services operating in the Frequency Band:    

138 MHz to 143.6 MHz/

150.5 MHz to 153 MHz/

380 MHz to 400 MHz, and

2285 MHz to 2300 MHz
