Centurion – On 16 November 2018, the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ("the Authority") published a notice of intention to conduct an inquiry into mobile broadband services (GG No. 42044).
On 22 November 2018, the Authority received requests for an extension of the date for submission of questions of clarity on process and questionnaire or request for information from Cell C and Telkom. After considering all relevant factors, the Authority hereby grants an extension to all stakeholders to submit their written questions of clarity in terms of paragraph 4.1(c) of the Notice from 25 November 2018 to 30 November 2018.
