The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ("the Authority") hereby gives notice of public hearings in relation to Draft Regulations published on 27 September 2019 in the Government Gazette No: 42725.

The Authority has received submissions from Fastway Couriers, South African Express and Parcel Association (SAEPA) and Consumer Advisory Panel (CAP) requesting public hearings.
The public hearings will be held on 16 January 2019 at Irene Country Lodge, Nellmapius Drive, Centurion, Pretoria at 09HOO.
