Pretoria – The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa wishes to inform its stakeholders and members of the public that all ICASA offices will be partially closed during the festive period from 16 December 2022 to 2 January 2023. 

ICASA offices will be fully operational again from Tuesday, 3 January 2023.

During the festive period, a limited number of critical business operations will still be available.  Employees in key positions, such as those investigating radio frequency interference cases, and those who conduct regular inspections, will remain available to render critical services.

“We wish all our stakeholders a joyous festive break:  safe travels, relaxation and time with family and friends, and a safe return in 2023.  We remain grateful, as always, to all our stakeholders for the continued support they provide to us in order to achieve our mandate of strengthening and improving telecommunications, broadcasting and postal services in the public interest and for the benefit of all country as a whole,” says Dr Charley Lewis.
