PRETORIA - The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) will be holding public hearings from the 01st to 02nd of October 2024, in respect of the Draft End-User and Subscriber Service Charter Amendment Regulations 2024.

The Chair of the Council Committee, Cllr Lewis notes: “The issues of bundle expiry, rollover and transfer have been contentious in the past. Nonetheless, we look forward to a constructive and productive engagement with both licensees and other stakeholders so that the resultant regulations promote the public interest.”
