PRETORIA - The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) will hold public hearings on Wednesday, 17 April 2024. The hearings are in respect of the draft Numbering Plan Fourth Amendment Regulations, 2016 (as amended), published in Government Gazette 49329 dated 21 September 2023.

Oral representations are limited to stakeholders who have submitted written comments. However, interested stakeholders and members of the public are invited to attend the public hearings at the Authority’s Head Office.
