Pretoria– The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) has extended the submission deadline for responses to the Supplementary Discussion Document on the Inquiry into Subscription Television Broadcasting Services. 

The document was published in Government Gazette No. 51848 on 6 January 2025. Stakeholders now have until 24 March 2025 to submit their comments, extending the initial deadline of 10 March 2025. This decision follows a request from a stakeholder, which the Authority has duly considered and approved. ICASA emphasizes that no further extensions will be granted.
