GENERAL NOTICE TO NON-RESPONSIVE ECS/ECNS LICENSEES TO SUBMIT THEIR OUTSTANDING COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION ( 2nd PUBLICATION – MARCH 2024)
2024-03-22The Independent Authority Communications Authority of South Africa (the "Authority") hereby gives notice in terms of section 4 (3)(g) of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa Act, 2000 (Act No. 13 of 2000) as amended, to non -responsive ECS/ECNS licensees listed in Annexure A to submit their outstanding compliance documents and information.

2023-12-14The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa hereby wishes to inform all stakeholders of the extension date for the submission of written representations and written responses in respect of the notice published on 06 December 2023 in Notice No: 2216, Government Gazette No. 49831 regarding the applications submitted by Cell C Limited for the approval of the transfer of control of its Individual Electronic Communications Network Service (“I-ECNS”), Individual Electronic Communications Service (“I-ECS”) and Radio Frequency Spectrum (“RFS”) licences to The Prepaid Company (Pty) Limited.
