Appointment of a panel of ICT regulatory experts to support the independent communications authority of South Africa (ICASA) for a period of three (3) years on an 90/10 PPPFA 2000, preferential procurement regulation: 2017.

ICASA seeks to appoint a panel of ICT regulatory experts to provide research or data that is not readily available and regulatory and technical assistance/ advice which may be required from time to time in order to perform its function.
